Planning Your Stay At The Venue

Important Note

• You will have to report at the Conference Venue by 16th Jan 2024 Thursday after 4 pm. Registration and allotment of rooms etc. will be done between 4 and 8 pm.
• The conference will commence on Friday 17th Jan at 9:30 am. Therefore all the participants are kindly requested to complete the registration formalities and report preferably by 16th Jan evening and should be present in the conference premises.
• The conference will conclude on Sunday 19th Jan post-lunch around 4.00 pm.
• Parking will be available in the premises.

Reaching the venue :

• You can reach the venue by Air, Railway, Bus or Personal Vehicle.
• Airports at Mumbai (2 hours) and Pune (1.5 hours) are roughly equidistant from the Venue by Car. Ola, Uber and other Taxi Services are available at the Airport.
• On arrival at Lonavla (by railway, bus, personal vehicle), please refer to the below guidelines :
• If you arrive by railway, take exit from Platform No. 1, near Sai Baba Temple rickshaw stand (on west side).
• Then, take a rickshaw. Come to conference venue. Venue: Manashanti Kendra, Behind Mind Gym, Village Varsoli, Old Mumbai-Pune Highway, after Toll Naka towards Pune - Venue
• Complete registration formalities.
• Keep your luggage & become fresh.
• Valuables to be kept at your own risk.
• Get acclimatized & relaxed. (Tea: 4 to 5.30 pm, Dinner: 8 to 10 pm). On 16th Jan 2024.

Accommodation provided by Manashakti will include -

• Non-AC room (It's cold in Lonavla in December)
• Attached toilet-bath (western style commode)
• Twin sharing basis i.e. two persons will share a room
• Manashakti campus being a Research Institute and Ashram, room service will not be available. However, assistance will be provided as and when needed.

Food

• Simple, vegetarian, Indian, Satvik food (which purifies mind and strengthens body) will be served.
• Food will be non-spicy, less oily type.

General Instructions

• In the best interest of all, it will be most beneficial to attend all the sessions in the conference.
• Lonavla is a hill station. It is winter season in December. Do bring warm clothes as per need.
• Please see that the attire is in sync with the Ashram type environment at Manashakti.
• Non-veg food, smoking, drinking etc. any kind of addiction is strictly prohibited in Manashakti Campus.
• Golden ornaments, valuable items can be carried at one's own responsibility.
• Any kind of audio-visual recording is to be avoided.
• The authority to initiate any kind of change related to registration or otherwise - in the interest of all - solely rests with the Manashakti administration.
