Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone registering as a regular delegate for the 1st International Conference on Prenatal Development to be held in Lonavla, India from January 18 to 20, 2019, organized by the Manashakti Research Centre (under the New Way UdyogShakti Charitable Trust), India.

Please Note

Registration and reporting for the conference will be on Thursday 17 January 2019 between 4pm and 7pm.
The conference will commence on Friday, 18 January 2019 at 9am. Therefore all the participants are kindly requested to complete the registration formalities and report by Thursday, 17 January 2019 evening and should be present in the conference premises.
The conference will conclude on Sunday 20 January 2019, post-lunch around 4.30pm.
Parking will be available in the premises.

General Instructions

In the best interest of all, it will be most beneficial to attend all the sessions in the conference.
Lonavla is a hill station. It is cold in January. Do bring warm clothes as per need.
Please see that the attire is in sync with the Ashram type environment at Manashakti.
Any kind of addiction such as Non-veg food, smoking, drinking etc. is strictly prohibited in Manashakti Campus.
Golden ornaments, invaluable items can be carried at one's own responsibility.
Any kind of audio-visual recording of conference sessions is not permitted.
The authority to initiate any kind of change related to registration or otherwise - in the interest of all - solely rests with the Manashakti administration.

Special Instructions

Foreign delegates should provide-

Copy of passport
Copy of Visa
Declaration stating purpose of visit, Dates of stay etc.

Transport

Manashakti vehicle will be available outside Lonavla Railway Station, Platform no. 1 at west on Thursday, 17 January 2019 between 3pm and 6pm.
After the conference is over, transport will be available from conference venue to Railway Station / Bus Stand.

Food

Simple, vegetarian, Indian, Satvika food (which purifies mind and strengthens body) will be served.
Food will be non-spicy, less oily type.
We shall also try to serve some continental vegetarian dishes.

Accommodation

Accommodation at Manashakti Campus has the following features-

Non-AC room
With attached toilet-bath (western style commode)
On a twin sharing basis. i.e. two persons will share a room
Manashakti campus being a Research Institute and Ashram, room service will not be available. However assistance will be provided as and when needed.

Hotels-

If anybody wants to stay in nearby star rated hotels, the List of Hotels with tariff will be provided.

Payment Gateway

The payment gateway for the conference website https://conference.manashakti.org is CCAvenue. All payments via the conference website will be collected by CCAvenue on behalf of Manashakti Research centre, India.

Registration

If the maximum delegate capacity is reached, the conference organizers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

The following rules apply for cancellations / refunds.

50% refund - if cancellation done up to 31 Oct. 18.
25% refund - if cancellation done on 1 Nov. up to 31 Dec. 18.
No refund - if cancellation done on/after 1 Jan. 19.

How to Apply for Refund?

In case you wish to cancel your registration and apply for refund, you have to send an email only to conference@manashakti.org mentioning your Order ID, Name(s) of Delegate(s) and reason of your cancellation.
In case of over-payment/double payment, refund request must be sent via email with order details.
The date of the email will be the basis for considering refunds.

Modification Of The Program

The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the conference schedule/program.
