Important Note

  • Registration and reporting for the conference will be on Thursday 17 January 2019 between 4pm and 7pm.
  • The conference will commence on Friday, 18 January 2019 at 9am. Therefore all the participants are kindly requested to complete the registration formalities and report by Thursday, 17 January 2019 evening and should be present in the conference premises.
  • The conference will conclude on Sunday 20 January 2019, post-lunch around 4.30pm.
  • Parking will be available in the premises.

General Instructions

  • In the best interest of all, it will be most beneficial to attend all the sessions in the conference.
  • Lonavla is a hill station. It is cold in January. Do bring warm clothes as per need.
  • Please see that the attire is in sync with the Ashram type environment at Manashakti.
  • Non-veg food, smoking, drinking etc. any kind of addiction is strictly prohibited in Manashakti Campus.
  • Golden ornaments, invaluable items can be carried at one's own responsibility.
  • Any kind of audio-visual recording is to be avoided.
  • The authority to initiate any kind of change related to registration or otherwise - in the interest of all - solely rests with the Manashakti administration.

Transport

  • Manashakti vehicle will be available outside Lonavla Railway Station, Platform no. 1 at west on Thursday, 17 January 2019 between 3pm and 6pm.
  • After the conference is over, transport will be available from conference venue to Railway Station / Bus Stand.

Food

  • Simple, vegetarian, Indian, Satvika food (which purifies mind and strengthens body) will be served.
  • Food will be non-spicy, less oily type.
  • We shall also try to serve some continental vegetarian dishes.

Accommodation

Accommodation at Manashakti Campus includes-

  • Non-AC room
  • With attached toilet-bath (western style commode)
  • On a twin sharing basis. i.e. two persons will share a room
  • Manashakti campus being a Research Institute and Ashram, room service will not be available. However assistance will be provided as and when needed.

Hotels

  • If anybody wants to stay in nearby star rated hotels, the List of Hotels with tariff will be provided.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

The following rules apply for cancellations / refunds:

  • 50% refund - if cancellation is done before/on 31 October 2018.
  • 25% refund - if cancellation is done before/on 31 December 2018.
  • 0% refund - if cancellation is done on/after 1 January 2019.

How to Apply for Refund?
In case you wish to cancel your registration and apply for a refund, drop in an email to conference@manashakti.org mentioning the Order ID, Names of Participants and reason of your cancellation.
